The EarlyON Child and Family Centres (CFCs) are places where children and families can learn, grow, and connect. Our planned learning environment will encourage children to become curious as they explore and build on their strengths. We offer a variety of parent-child activities, programs, workshops, information on healthy child development, and community resources. All programs and services are free and support families with children from prenatal to six years old. Centres are located across Nipissing District and programs are available in English and French.
Our programs are organized around four foundational conditions that are important for children to grow and flourish: Belonging, Well-Being, Engagement, and Expression. Our purpose is to provide programs where parents/guardians engage and participate with the children in their care to fully support their development and stimulate learning. Educators will model positive ways to support children in all stages of development. The four foundations, or ways of being, are a vision for all children’s future potential and a view of what they should experience each and every day. |
